Rudy Rojas Passes Away
| TELEVISION AND newspaper reporter Rudy "Nong Rudy" Alfonso Rojas Sr. succumbed last March 31, of heart failure. He is 65. Wife, Divina said Rojas complained of chest pains after taking their breakfast, Thursday morning. He was then taken to the hospital where attending physicians declared him dead on arrival. Divina added that her husband is on daily medication for his heart enlargement and was once admitted for hospital care last year. She added that Rudy was "a good and responsible hubby and father" to her and their children. The late mediaman is also a big loss to the community, said Charnyl Albarracin, ZPPI president. Albarracin said ZPPI sends condolences to the Rojas family. He also prays for the peaceful repose of Rudy's soul and hopes friends left will always remember Rudy's example. Rojas, who left Divina and their five children, was interred last Thursday, April 7, at the Lantian Public Cemetery in Labangan, Zambosur. Rojas has been practicing for ten years already in various outfits.
